NAPOR is opening the call for the Study Visit “Youth work - uprising beyond the borders”. The Study Visit will gather 14 participants from Estonia and Serbia and it will take a place in Tallinn, Estonia from 20th to 26th of January 2019 (including travel days).
The aims of the visit are to explore: organization of youth work, types of youth work practiced within country (focus on digital youth work, life skills development, youth counseling and leisure based youth work), cooperation with youth field institutions and youth workers occupational standard. Study visit will include joint sessions for presentation on youth work realities in Serbia and Estonia with the main aim to introduce institutional and legal framework on national, regional and local level, developed country mechanisms for quality of youth work, validation and education of youth workers in relation to occupational standards as well as on sight visits to youth work practiced among organizations in the field in order to explore methods and tools used within youth work practice.
